Terms & Conditions for Morning Routine

By downloading or using Morning Routine, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are also not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Userlify.

Userlify is committed to ensuring that Morning Routine is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. If we charge for the app or any part of its services, we will make it clear to you what you are paying for.

Use of the App

Morning Routine is designed to help users build and maintain daily routines, habits, reminders, alarms, and productivity-related activities.

You are responsible for using the app in a lawful and appropriate manner. You are also responsible for ensuring that your device and access to the app remain secure.

We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device. Doing so may compromise your device’s security, expose it to malware or other harmful software, and may cause Morning Routine to stop working properly or not work at all.

Notifications, Reminders, and Device Permissions

Morning Routine may use device permissions such as notifications, vibration, wake lock, restart recovery, full-screen intent, internet access, network state, billing, and launcher badge permissions in order to provide its core features.

These permissions are used to support functions such as:

  • sending morning routine reminders and notifications
  • vibrating for reminder or alarm alerts
  • helping important alerts appear reliably
  • restoring scheduled reminders after device restart
  • displaying high-priority alarm or reminder screens
  • checking internet connectivity for online or purchase-related features
  • supporting in-app purchases or premium features
  • showing app icon badges on supported launchers

Some features of the app may not function properly if these permissions are denied, restricted, or disabled by your device settings.

Personal Data and Device Storage

Morning Routine may store and process data that you provide or create within the app in order to deliver its features. This may include routine tasks, habit progress, reminder settings, alarm settings, app preferences, and purchase-related status where applicable.

Some or all of this data may be stored locally on your device. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is secure and that you do not share access with unauthorized persons.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Morning Routine may offer paid features, premium access, subscriptions, or one-time purchases through Google Play Billing.

All payments and purchase processing are handled by Google Play. Userlify does not directly collect or store your payment card information.

Any purchases, refunds, cancellations, or subscription management actions may be subject to Google Play’s own terms, policies, and billing rules.

Third-Party Services

Morning Routine may use third-party services that have their own terms and conditions. If such services are included in the app, your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.

You should review the terms and policies of any third-party services used by the app where applicable.

Third-party services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Google Play Services
  • Google Play Billing
  • Firebase services, if used
  • crash reporting or analytics services, if used

Internet Connectivity

Some features of Morning Routine may require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Userlify cannot take responsibility if the app does not work at full functionality because you do not have internet access or because you have exhausted your data allowance.

If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage or other third-party charges while using the app, including roaming charges.

By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device being used, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.

App Availability and Accuracy

While we aim to ensure that Morning Routine remains useful, reliable, and up to date, we do not guarantee that the app will always function without interruption or error.

Certain features may depend on device support, launcher support, operating system behavior, internet availability, billing services, or third-party services. Userlify is not responsible for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from your reliance on the app or from the app being temporarily unavailable, inaccurate, or incompatible with your device.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged and operational. If your device runs out of battery, is turned off, has restricted background activity, or becomes unavailable, Userlify cannot be held responsible for any missed reminders, alarms, notifications, or inability to use the Service.

Updates and Termination

We may update Morning Routine from time to time to improve functionality, security, or compatibility. The app is currently available on Android, and system requirements may change over time.

You agree to accept updates when they are offered if you wish to continue using the app. We do not guarantee that the app will always be updated to support every version of Android or every device.

We may also stop providing the app or terminate access to it at any time without prior notice. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon termination:

  • the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end
  • you must stop using the app
  • you must delete the app from your device if required

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Userlify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Morning Routine.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, missed reminders, missed alarms, interruption of routine or habit progress, device issues, billing issues handled by third-party services, or service interruptions caused by network providers, operating systems, launchers, or third-party tools.

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.

We will notify users of any changes by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on this page. Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
