By downloading or using the Save The Link app, these Terms & Conditions will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reproduce the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are also not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions of the app. The app itself, including all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belongs to Userlify.
About the App
Save The Link is a simple bookmark manager that helps users save, organize, search, and manage links from across the web and social media. Users can share a URL from another app or paste it directly into Save The Link. The app may auto-detect platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and Telegram, and allows users to organize links into categories such as Recipes, Fashion, Travel, Study, and Fitness.
The app may also allow users to add personal notes, search saved links, view recently saved links, and export saved data to PDF for backup or personal use.
App Usage
You are responsible for the links, notes, categories, and any other content that you save in the app. You should ensure that the content you save does not violate any law, third-party rights, copyright, trademark, or platform terms of service.
Save The Link is intended for personal organization and bookmarking purposes only. The app does not claim ownership of any third-party content, websites, videos, images, social media posts, or external links saved by users.
Permissions
The app may request storage-related permissions on certain Android versions, including:
- Read external storage permission
- Write external storage permission
These permissions may be used to support features such as exporting saved links to PDF, saving backup files, or accessing files required for app functionality. The app only uses these permissions for the features described and does not use them for unrelated purposes.
Third-Party Links and Services
Save The Link allows users to save links from websites, social media platforms, and third-party services. These external websites and platforms are not owned or controlled by Userlify.
Userlify is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, availability, reliability, or practices of any third-party websites, apps, or services. When you open or access a saved link, the terms and privacy policies of that third-party service may apply.
The app may also use third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions.
Third-party services used by the app may include:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
You are advised to review the Terms and Conditions of these third-party service providers.
Internet Connection
Certain features of the app may require an active internet connection, such as opening saved links or loading content from third-party websites. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider.
Userlify cannot take responsibility if the app does not work fully because you do not have an active internet connection, your data allowance has ended, or your network connection is unavailable or unstable.
If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider’s terms will still apply. You may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage, roaming charges, or other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges.
If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the app, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Device Responsibility
It is your responsibility to keep your device secure and charged. Userlify cannot accept responsibility if the app does not function because your device is turned off, out of battery, damaged, rooted, jailbroken, or otherwise modified in a way that affects normal app functionality.
We recommend that you do not root or jailbreak your device, as this may make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, malicious programs, or security risks. It may also cause Save The Link to stop working properly or at all.
Data Backup and Export
Save The Link may provide an export-to-PDF feature to help users create a backup of their saved links and notes. You are responsible for safely storing, managing, and protecting any exported files.
Userlify is not responsible for loss of data caused by device failure, app deletion, system errors, user actions, or failure to create backups.
Limitation of Liability
While Userlify aims to keep the app useful, efficient, and reliable, we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, fully secure, or compatible with every device or Android version.
Userlify accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, data loss, business loss, personal loss, or inconvenience that may occur as a result of using the app, relying on saved links, opening third-party links, or being unable to use the app.
Updates to the App
At some point, we may update the app. The app is currently available on Android. The system requirements may change, and you may need to download updates to continue using the app.
Userlify does not promise that it will always update the app so that it remains relevant to you or works with the Android version installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates to the app when they are offered to you.
We may also stop providing the app and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon termination:
(a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end;
(b) you must stop using the app;
(c) if needed, you must delete the app from your device.
Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
We will notify users of any changes by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on this page. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
